Tariff & Reservations

The following tariffs are available at Maes-y-Derw Country House Bed and Breakfast:

10% discount is offered on stays of more than 5 nights.

10% discount for HM Forces on leave and booking for 3 nights or more.

The Coach House self-catering cottage is available for weekly lets and on a pro-rata basis, at a charge of £200 (low season) to £465 (high season) per week.

Deposit

A deposit of £30 per room is required to confirm a B&B booking and a 25% deposit secures the Coach House. Payment is via a cheque (with guarantee card) or cash.

Booking Conditions

Guests are asked to arrive after 4.30pm and before 10pm. On the day of departure, guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11am. Either cash or a cheque is accepted to pay bills; a valid cheque guarantee card may be asked for when paying by cheque. If guests require an earlier check-in or a later departure time, this can be arranged by prior agreement.

Please note that smokers are welcome, but that smoking is not permitted in the main house or Coach House.

Unfortunately, children under the age of 14 cannot stay in the main house, but all ages are welcome in the Coach House.

Cancellation Policy

B&B deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 10 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your booking 10 days or less prior to the arrival date, the proprietor shall retain the deposit. During July, August and Public Holidays a 50% deposit will be requested.

Coach House deposits are not refundable and final payment is required 6 weeks prior. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your holiday you will receive a full refund less the deposit. If you cancel 4 weeks or less before your holiday, no refund will be due unless the Coach House can be re-let. Detailed booking conditions will be sent to customers on booking, or on request.
