Dinner Menu
Dinner is by prior arrangement only (min 48 hours) and is available to residents and non-residents when occupancy levels allow. Menus can be simple or more extravagant; the example dinner menu below was served this St Valentine’s Day to 8 people (our maximum):
Drinks and pick-ups served in the Guest Lounge
(Home Aga dried tomatoes with herbs, soft cheese stuffed sweet red peppers, smoked mussels with soft cheese on a light wafer)
