Eggs Benedict (Toasted muffin topped with Carmarthen Ham and a poached egg smothered with Hollandaise sauce)

Welsh Black Beef, cracked black peppercorn and horseradish sausages
Our own fresh eggs from our hybrid chickens cooked as you prefer
Penclawdd laver bread mixed with organic oats and sesame seeds
Roasted tomato sprinkled with homegrown dried herbs
