Cooked Breakfast

Organic porridge oats and locally produced organic semi-skimmed milk slow-cooked overnight in the Aga

Loch Fine Scottish smoked kippers  from our local fishmonger

Toasted muffin topped with Carmarthen Ham and a poached hen or duck egg laced with Hollandaise Sauce

Toasted muffin topped with a sesame-coated patti of Penclawdd laver bread and Penclawdd cockles crowned with a choice of poached hen or duck egg

Sweet cured bacon from our local butcher
locally-reared Welsh Black Beef  sausages with cracked black peppercorn and horseradish from our local butcher
Our own fresh eggs from our hybrid chickens  and ducks cooked as you prefer
Penclawdd laver bread mixed with organic oats and sesame seeds
Roasted tomato sprinkled with home-grown dried herbs, lightly salted, then roasted
