Maes-y-Derw Country House Bed and Breakfast offers two spacious double en-suite bedrooms and one twin en-suite bedroom. All are elegantly furnished and immaculately presented offering a balance of contemporary touches, such as plasma televisions and modern en-suite facilities, with a plethora of antiques and Edwardian features – free wireless internet is available throughout – pets by arrangement.
The breakfast menu is extensive and includes many homemade items such as jam, marmalade and breads – our chickens and ducks provide the eggs! The Welsh themed cooked breakfast includes Penclawdd lava bread and Welsh Black Beef sausages, but we also cater for vegetarians and other diets by prior arrangement. We can also provide a quality dinner menu, a light supper or sandwiches with prior notice.
A self-contained holiday cottage is also available. The Coach House offers a fully fitted kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and a bathroom, double bedroom and bunked bedroom upstairs. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and includes a large leather sofa bed allowing for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children – free wireless internet and pets by arrangement.
